In my executive coaching practice, I often use the MRG Leadership Effectiveness Analysis, a 360-degree feedback tool, to help identify leadership and management strengths, as well as areas for growth.

Using the online assessment, as well as qualitative feedback I gather from individual interviews, we will create an action plan that focuses on developing key behaviors required for continued professional growth in your current and future roles within your organization. We will look for opportunities to integrate new competencies into your day-to-day activities and also examine barriers to behavioral change that come up in the process.

Coaching programs run between three and 12 months in length, depending on your objectives, and may be extended by request. Please contact me to discuss your goals and requirements for the coaching.
